How do I buy on MO?
Register/ Login
If you haven’t signed up with us already,download the App to create your account. Simply provide your contact number and email address to join MO.
Create Your Profile
Once you sign in, it is important you complete your “Profile” on the App making sure all fields are filled.
- Click on your Profile icon located at the bottom right of the App screen.
- Select Edit Profile button
- Once in your Profile Settings add your personal information. Please complete this form as we need your bank details to deposit monies to your account for any sales transacted on MO.
- Add valid government issued ID - dont worry, this information is optional and only accessed by us if there is any misconduct on the platform. Adding this simply gives added verification security to other users who want to transact with you.
- Add up to 3 addresses - this gives you flexibility when item pick up or delivery our at different addresses.
- All done? Click Update and you are good to go!
The more details you provide, the better! And remember to upload a profile pic.

Make an offer or add to cart to confirm your order
See something you like, and the price is just right? Click add to cart and check-out to confirm your order.
See something you like, and the price is a wee bit too high? Well, you can click on the "Make Offer" option and send the seller a reasonable offer.
Once they accept, simply click on the updated notification on the agreed price and check out.
Review your order information. If everything looks good, tap on the place order button.
Order Notification
Once successful payment is received, you will receive an email with your order details.
This means you are one step closer to receiving your order.
Delivery Day
Our deliveries typically take 2 to 5 Business Days Island wide. Track your order on your Sales Summary tab located on the top of the menu bar.
