If you’d like to delete your MO Marketplace account and the data associated with it, submit a request using the contact form below. Please select “Account Deletion Request” as the subject (or include it in your comment), and use the email address registered to your account so we can verify your request.Once we receive your request, we will delete your account within 5-7 business days.What gets deleted:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Saved addresses and payment methods
• Order history and preferences
• Any other personal data linked to your account

What we retain:

• Transaction records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, retained for 1-2 years.
• Information we’re legally required to keep to prevent fraud or resolve disputes
