The compact kitchen scale from Salter is just that a small food scale that still features a generously-sized dish. Its black mechanical clock like display and white dial accurately shows measurements in both metric and imperial, while the bowl is easily removed for straightforward cleaning in the dishwater to save you time and effort. Salter has also designed the scale to fit in the measuring bowl so it won't take up much space when stored away.
