At MO Delivery we only allow for delivery up to 30kg per item.

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight of the package, the charges will be based on volumetric weight. Below is the format to calculate the volumetric weight.

Volumetric Weight

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight of the package, the shipping charges will be based on volumetric weight.

Don’t worry, we will calculate this for you.

If your shipping item is larger than W12” x D9”x H14” (Inches) simply enter your shipping items dimensionswith packagingwhen uploading the item for sale and we will calculate the shipping cost for your buyer at the time of their check out.
For ease of understanding these volumetric dimensions, you can refer to a Large Keells/ Tote bag as a reference point

Large Bag

If your item is bigger than this, we recommend you enter a package size to avoid any inaccuracies when calculating shipping weight.

For your understanding, the volumetric weight is calculated using the followingformula =Height(cm) x Width(cm) x Depth(cm)/5,000
Example: (33cm x 25.4cm x 33.56cm)/5,000 = 5.63Kg (This will be considered as 6Kg)
However we will calculate this at the time of Buyer check out.

Inaccurate shipping weight and volume by seller

If there are any inaccuracies in the weight and volume of the shipped items, the difference will be borne by the seller. The added cost of the delivery will be deducted from the purchase value before debiting the final amount to the Seller.
Therefore it is in the interest of the seller to ensure that the weight and dimensions of the item for sale are correct when listing the item.
